CANCELATION POLICIE

  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.

     Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 12 years all are welcome.

  • Depending of the room type and extra bed is acceptable.

PETS

  • Pets are not allowed.

We want you to have a pleasant stay so we will appreciate it if you follow the forthcoming rules

  1. For your comfort the A/C in your room is programmed to 23ºC so, it is not necessary to manipulate them any doubt or consult communicate with the front desk. 

  2. We remind you to use the safety boxes to deposit your values; same that are located in your room. The hotel is not responsible for any loss that may occur in the rooms or public areas.

  3. As a Bio Safety protocol rooms will be cleaned every other day.

  4. Pets are not allowed

  5. Vehicles cannot be parked in the lobby; we have several parking areas. They must not circulate in areas of villas or obstruct routes.

  6. The use of BBQ grills is not allowed.

  7. It is not allowed to have coolers in the hotel public areas.

  8. Food and beverages are not allowed outside your room.

  9. So not dry clothes on the balconies or porches or outside of the room. (We have laundry service $).

  10. Not allowed to remove chairs and tables from the room.

  11. You must wear a swimsuit in the pool, no shorts or T-shirts are allowed.

  12. We suggest you leave the key to your room at the front desk. In case of loss, a fee of $ 10 will apply.

  13. Discretion is recommended in the rooms and public areas so as not to disturb the tranquility of other guests.

  14. It is not allowed to use sound equipment of any kind in the rooms, or the areas of the hotel, as well as high volume of televisions that may disturb the peace and tranquility of other guests.

  15. Watch over minors in all public areas and pools. The hotel will not be responsible for any incident that may occur during your stay.

  16. When you use the slides, to avoid accidents, please follow the instructions indicated in the area.

  17. Climb only through the stairs.

  18. In the pool and beach there are no lifeguards, so the use of these areas is under your responsibility.

  19. For your security we recommend you respect the signs.

  20. If you hire the external maritime service, a charge of USD $ 25 will be made to your account for docking.

  21. To avoid inconvenience and charges for late check out, we recommend you do it in advance.

  22. Check in is at 4:00 pm. and the check-out is at 1:00 pm
